Free Home Sample Collection

a) Free Home Sample Collection applicable within five 5km radius from the main
center (Whitefield). 
b) If 800 rs/- or more than that home sample collection will be free
c) If less than 800 rs/- home sample collection charges will be an applicable minimum of 100 rs /- 
d) Home collection charges for more than 5km, Minimum charges of 100 rs/- to 150rs /-

Appointment Cancellation Policy: 

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 3hrs notices.
If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, patients are required to call or leave a message at least 3 hours before their appointment time. Notification allows the practice to better utilize appointments for other patients in need of prompt medical care.

Cancelation of Test or Investigation after collecting the blood sample 

a) Customers can cancel their investigation before processing the blood tests.
b) If the customer cancels their investigation before processing, investigation charges will be  REFUNDABLE but SERVICE CHARGES & CONSUMABLE charges will be applicable for a minimum of 250 rs/-

Investigations or Report Policy

a) Infinity is a service provider. 
b) all the investigations will be processed by our NABL Partners lab as per the NABL & ISO standards.
c) pathology reports can vary from lab to lab & method to Method.
d) any kind of report queries or report quality issue will be resolved by our NABL Partners lab as per the investigations and laboratory standards.

Appointment Booking Policy

a) Customers can book appointments for blood tests through E-mail, Phone Call, Or WhatsApp,
b) Customers can book an appointment the same day or one day prior.
